To capture a distinct market opportunity in the local dance community, the design process leveraged a rigorous, user-centered framework to solve critical pain points surrounding class capacity transparency, group booking coordination, and instructor accessibility. Grounded in targeted user personas, the project progressed from initial sketching to an interactive low-fidelity prototype. Two successive rounds of usability testing directly shaped the final high-fidelity mockups—refining crucial functional details like calendar navigation, checkout button clarity, and cart visual cues. Ultimately, this end-to-end UX effort successfully validated a high-demand solution within the community, establishing a polished blueprint ready for implementation despite a resource-driven studio pause.
